Standard Shipping Policy
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an expected delivery date. However, Colsten cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility. Our selected carriers do not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery services nor does expedited delivery include weekends.

Two Day orders are processed the same business day if placed by 2pm ET. Ground orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Addresses
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase according to our Return Policy. For orders shipped within the United States, Colsten will accept returns of full price merchandise within 14 days of the date on which items are delivered to you. You may also use a shipping courier of your choice, but we recommend using a courier that will provide you with a tracking number as Colsten is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. For orders shipped internationally, Colsten will accept returns of full price merchandise within 20 days of the date on which items are delivered to you. Upon receipt of your return request we will send an email containing a return shipping label.

All sale items, and sample sale items are final and may not be returned.

Returns must be received by Colsten in their original condition, not having been worn or altered, and with all original tags, belts, packaging, and other items which may have accompanied your purchase still attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless item is damaged or Colsten has made a shipping error.

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please complete our Product Return Form to request an authorization for the return. Your RMA number will be sent to you via email once your request has been authorized. Write the RMA on the return portion of your invoice and include with your shipment.
